Learn the art and science of Props. Learn how to teach a functional and kick ass, pilates-based props and barre class using bands, rollers, sliders, yoga block, and barre. Learn how Ellie cues people to realign and heal injuries.

Includes 2 night stay in Farmhouse or Pilates Loft or Cabin, plus 9 hours of Pilates Training (1 hour props & Mat on Friday eve and 8 hours training on Sat & Sun), plus Friday night homemade dinner/bbq with the group.
